Adapt is a card game aimed at adults, and its intention is to tackle adaption to the future of the job market.
The journey was created to aid professionals to understand and consider the complex dynamics that will affect the work force in the future and what abilities they will need to develop to adapt. It is important to know which skills we will need to acquire/use to remain active in the job market of the future.

The game works in 5 rounds of possible future scenarios, for example collaboration between man and machine. Participants are invited to reflect on what could happen in this future scenario in order to identify key actions to take in the present.
For each scenario, the teams choose a primary ability and a secondary ability that they believe will be essential. At the end of each round, it is revealed which ones were the most ideal ones. The team who scores the most points by choosing the correct skills for each scenario wins.
When applied in a corporative environment, at the end, the dynamic of the game ends with a reflection on what they learn and how to develop the skills required.
This was a project designed with Joy Fab Lab In Fortaleza. I was directly responsible for creating graphics and I co-designed the dynamics and storytelling of the game.
