The phrase 'Can you see us now?' intends to create a parallel between how inmates become forgotten by society once they enter the prison system and struggle to rejoin the workforce after their sentence. So I used the concept of an eyesight test, which is a well known imagery to talk about the company and the 'invisibility' of inmates in the prison system.
